Delete your account
Email suuqakici@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account", sent from the email address on the account. We action it within 30 days and reply when it is done.
If you are a seller
Everything below is deleted permanently:
- Your sign-in account and password.
- Your store: name, logo, banner, description, and settings.
- All of your products and their photos.
- Your phone number and your EVC Plus number.
- Your notification subscriptions.
Your storefront link stops working immediately and your store name is released for anyone else to use.
If you are a buyer
Deleted permanently:
- Your name, phone number, and email address.
- Your delivery area and your map pin location.
- Any reviews you have written.
- Your notification subscriptions.
What we cannot delete, and why
A past order is also the seller's record of their own business, and they have a claim on it too. So instead of destroying the order, we strip your identity from it — your name, phone, email, and location are removed, and what remains is an anonymous record of what was sold, for how much, and when.
If you need an order removed entirely, say so in your email and we will tell you honestly whether we can.
